-Kassandra Cruises

Built in 1992 (age 33). Registered in Piraeus. Current line: None (under refit in Perama)

The small passenger ship KASSANDRA DELFINOUS was built in 1992 in Greece, as the APHRODITI EXPRESS for Sea Cruises Exclusive, a Greek tour company which was based on the Cyclades. She was introduced on the Mykonos-Delos-Paros-Naxos-Irakleia-Koufonisi-Santorini line. She was sold to Kassandra Cruises in 2002 and she was entirely renovated, while being renamed KASSANDRA DELFINOUS. She was subsequently deployed on the Skiathos-Skopelos-Alonissos line on the Sporades. In 2011 she made a few one-day cruises on the Piraeus-Poros-Hydra-Aegina line on the Saronic Gulf, before returning to the Skiathos-Skopelos-Alonissos line in 2012. She was sold to the newly-established Olympic Cruises in 2013, and she again performed one-day cruises on the Saronic Gulf, operating on the Floisbos-Hydra-Poros-Aegina line. She competed with the small cruise ship PLATYTERA TON OURANON of Hydraïki Cruises, and also with the legendary AEGEAN GLORY of Pleasure Cruises, which joined Olympic Cruises (who renamed themselves Evermore Cruises) in 2016, as the COSMOS. The latter ship replaced the KASSANDRA DELFINOUS, which was sold in 2017 to the Corfu Cruises and began to operate daily cruises on the Ionian Sea, on the Syvota-Corfu-Paxoi-Antipaxoi line. The following year, she was sold to a re-established Kassandra Cruises, and she returned to the Sporades, being again deployed on the Skiathos-Skopelos-Alonissos line. She was laid-up in Floisbos in 2020, and remained there until late 2023.
