The small passenger boat BOB SFOUGKARAKIS was built in 2008 in Greece for the Greek company Kavouris Shipping Company, which is based in Salamina. She was deployed on the Piraeus-Salamina line (serving the port of Selinia). During the winter season the ship was operating on the Perama-Salamina line, before moving there on a permanent basis starting in 2016. Her name is the Greek translation of the name of the cartoon character Spongebob Squarepants, due to her small size and her colourful and original appearance.
